Team Rivers Edge
Our three-man team consists of Jeremy Leu, Brian Ball, and Larry Sims. Each of us are avid outdoorsman and have a combined fifty years of experience in the outdoors. All team members live in the Midwest and are currently the only team representing Iowa in the Campbell Outdoor Challenge circuit. Our team has been featured in several magazine and newspaper articles as well as on t.v.

 

 

Jeremy Leu
Jeremy is owner and founder of Rivers Edge Productions and has been producing outdoor videos for five years now. Jeremy has been heavily involved with archery for over fifteen years. In 2001 Jeremy founded the Bowfishing Association of Iowa and was president for the following four years. Since then the Association has grown to over 150 members and is one of the most talked about state bowfishing organizations around.

Jeremy has also had a passion for outdoor videography and over the past five years has produced several fishing and hunting dvd’s. These videos have everything from Jumping silver carp and whitetail deer to alligator gar, javelina, turkey, stingrays, alligator, baraccuda, and many other species. Every year Jeremy travels across the United States searching for additional footage for future videos.

Jeremy is no stranger to competition, he has a multitude of 3-D archery wins around the state and over fifteen top five finishes in bowfishing tournaments across the mid-west. Jeremy also holds 3 state bowfishing records and has harvested four P&Y whitetails on film.

Larry Sims
Larry is the current president of the Bowfishing Association of Iowa. He has been hunting and fishing for as long as he can remember, and harvested his first record class whitetail at the age of twelve. He has been obsessed with bowfishing since 1993 when Iowa had record floods and bowfishing was at it’s all time best. Larry has been very consistent in placing in the top five in bowfishing tournaments across the mid-west. He has set two state records and has taken many near record size fish with a bow.

Larry is on the Rivers Edge Pro-Staff and has always had a passion for videography and has been in three bowfishing and bowhunting DVD’s over the last few years. Larry has spent many hours behind the camera and will make a great addition to our hunting/fishing team.

Brian Ball
Brian is currently treasurer for the Bowfishing Association of Iowa and is an avid outdoor enthusiast. Brian has more time in the boat and in the tree stand in one season than most can put in five years. Over the years Brian has harvested many record class whitetails and in more recent years taken to the world of bowfishing.

Brian has been on the River’s Edge Pro Staff for 2 years now and is featured in two of our best selling dvd’s. Brian had a big part in our recent victory at the Campbell’s bowfishing event in Kentucky, and is a valuable asset to this team.
